Inspired Adonis Blog
Find tips for healing from trauma, journal entries of real life events, that events with the Situationship, and read inspirational stories of hope and overcoming grief, heartbreak, destruction and growth. Along with some journal prompts and journal entries to help you navigate whatever you are going through.
Inspired Adonis was started back in September 2018 from heartbreak of grief from losing two family members that year and and absent boyfriend, who never chose Kass. And from all of the heartache came words that helped her process. Some of these passages and many others that had been removed will be placed in Kass’ book, along with details, photos and things even the Situationship doesn’t fully know. There was major unspoken impact that Kass’ carried toward the end of their relationship that she was trying to communicate to him all while he was busy navigating setting up a dating profile, which only added to the pain she was silently carrying.
But…she will no longer be silenced, dismissed and avoided. She hopes that with her courage and words, you find your voice and take back your power!
Our mission is to help others by sharing our stories, interviewing experts on trauma, and giving you tools for trauma recovery and mental health barriers. Our blog discusses relationships, depression and anxiety, grief, and more.
The Inspired Adonis blog is a resource for warriors who’ve experienced emotional, physical, and sexual trauma.
With this trauma healing blog, our hope is to share:
We are all human.
Grief is not easy, but we can overcome it together.
You can heal from trauma through nutrition, physical and mental fitness, and by connecting the mind, body, and soul.
Letters to Kass: The Unbroken Conversations
You asked, and I listened. I am bringing back the “Letters to Kass”
Below is the link to the Google Form to ask Kass Gomez — Founder and Creator of The Inspired Warrior Project and host of The Vulnerability Project Podcast — anything about love, healing, boundaries, or transformation.
Whether you’re curious about Kass’s story, her relationship with (“The Situationship”), her healing journey, or what she’s learned about self-worth and intimacy — this is your chance to go deep.
Your submission might be featured (anonymously if you choose) in an upcoming podcast episode, blog, or Q&A segment inside The Unbroken Membership.
There are no wrong questions here — only truth, curiosity, and connection.
After the 2026 launch, all vetted questions and answers will be added to the Inspired Warrior Project app and The Unbroken Membership site, where all members can discuss and come together.
