What To Bring To YOUr Session
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye cover. For private sessions in my space, I have everything you need but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
- Water and lip balm are nice to have on hand 
- Be mindful about consuming alcohol or mind altering substances prior to session, as it can dull or limit the experience 
- Wear comfortable clothes 
- Bring a journal if you would like, for your personal insights and integration 
- Try not to eat a big meal 2-3 hours beforehand 
- Trust and relax 
In addition, for Virtual Sessions:
- Please set up your space - again I recommend a yoga mat, pillow, blanket(s), water, and eye cover. Lying on a bed is fine, just don't get too comfy so you don't immediately fall asleep. 
- Ensure your privacy and that you won't be interrupted by people or pets. Silence your devices, including any vibration. 
- Crystals, palo santo, incense, or anything you like to use to set your space are encouraged. 
- Headphones are recommended, to improve the quality of the sound and be more immersed in the experience. I will be playing music through zoom. A good speaker works as well. 
- I ask that you please keep your camera on, so that I can observe you during the practice and cue accordingly.
