Light After the Darkness is a sacred community gathering for Suicide Awareness & Prevention Month. Through yoga, sound healing, and a powerful rage release ceremony—with the optional support of microdosing—we’ll hold space for healing, connection, and the remembrance that life is worth living.
Light After the Darkness is more than an event—it’s a stand for life, connection, and the power of community.
In honor of Suicide Prevention Month and the very foundation of why the Inspired Warrior Project was created, this morning of healing will weave together:
Yoga – to open the body, release tension, and ground the spirit
Sound Bath – to calm the nervous system and promote deep emotional release
Rage Ceremony – a safe, guided space to move through anger, grief, and stuck emotions
Optional Microdosing – to support emotional processing and deepen connection to self and others
This gathering is deeply personal to me. In 2008, I attempted suicide. In 2021, I found myself in that dark place again after feeling invisible and unworthy in a relationship I thought would last forever. I said, “No more. I am not going back to that place ever again.”
Now, I am standing here—alive, healed, and devoted to creating spaces where others feel seen, heard, and held.
This event is for you if:
You’ve battled suicidal thoughts or depression
You’ve lost someone to suicide and want to honor their memory
You crave nervous system regulation, emotional release, and authentic connection
You want to be part of a compassionate, nonjudgmental community
💛 10% of all ticket sales will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
