What to Expect
Grounding Arrival (5 min): Intention setting + breath to settle your energy
Gentle Yoga (35–45 min): Accessible, slow flow + supported shapes to open the body
Sound Bath (35–40 min): Crystal bowls, gong, and soothing instruments to drop you into deep rest
Closing Integration (5–10 min): Guided reflection + journaling prompt
