Facilitators
Kass Gomez — Trauma-informed holistic coach and founder of Inspired Warrior Project, guiding breathwork, sound, and somatic practices for nervous system healing.
Erina — My path into this work was born out of necessity, a personal calling to remember what had always been true: that healing is possible. Growing up through challenge, I carried an unshakable knowing that there was more available beneath the noise of pain and survival. I didn’t yet have the map, but I knew the way existed.

Cacao has been used for centuries in ceremonial contexts for its heart-opening properties. It contains compounds that can enhance mood and create a sense of well-being, making it an ideal complement to breathwork and meditation practices.
Immersive art experiences engage multiple senses and invite participants to step into a world of creativity and imagination. Whether it's through visual art, music, or interactive installations, immersive art can evoke profound emotions and insights.
